Suicide bombers detonated explosives on a busy street near the local police building. It is said that it was a double attack. According to the latest data, terrorists wearing suicide vests killed 43 people.

The second bomb exploded just 7 minutes after the first one. The second terrorist set off the bomb only when people started helping the injured.

In general, 240 people were injured in the bomb attack. Al-Mayadin TV reported that bombers from terrorist group Islamic State are responsible for the deadly attacks in Beirut.
