To date, there is no reason that could slow such a rapid development of the North Korean nuclear program.

Until recently, China could have exerted pressure on the DPRK. But in recent years, he has changed relations with Pyongyang, being able to actually monopolize trading with North Korea - it accounts for 90% of the total foreign trading turnover of a nuclear neighbor.

Negotiations are not likely to take place until a full-fledged nuclear missile complex, as well as means for delivering nuclear weapons, are available to Pyongyang.

If North Korea enters into negotiations, at best, the result will be the freezing of the country's nuclear program, and not a cessation. In addition, there is a high probability that even for minor concessions, the DPRK will ask for a fairly high price.
