The head of the Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev has broken his own record in 2015: the governor earned 49.2 million rubles (six times more than his last year's earnings). The policymaker owns land, a garden house, an apartment, a parking space, Mini Cooper, "Tiger" GAZ-233001, and a snowmobile.

Vladimir Dubrovsky, the governor of the Chelyabinsk region, earned 77.8 million rubles in 2015 while his wife, according to official figures, enriched the family budget by another 1.4 million rubles. But this year, the official income figures have slightly decreased from the last year – in 2014 they amounted to 358.9 million rubles.

Rustam Minnikhanov declared the sum of 262.6 million rubles this year. Earnings of the head of Tatarstan amounted to 6 million rubles in 2015 while his wife's income was 256.6 million rubles. The declaration stated that Mrs. Minniharova inherited about 207 million rubles and a residential property in the UAE from her elder son who died in a plane crash.

The Bryansk region governor Alexander Bogomaz declared the highest income in 2015. Together with his wife they earned 913.6 million rubles.

According to official data, Mrs. Bogomaz earned 910 million rubles for the past year. Olga Bogomaz works in agriculture sphere. More than half of all potato which is sold in the stores of X5 Retail Group come from the fields of the "Bogomaz" farm. The family owns agricultural machinery.
