10. Grand Hotel Les Trois

The youngest hotel of this ranking is the Grand Hotel Les Trois. Founded in 1681 as an inn for gentlemen and rebuilt in 1844 to accommodate more guests, the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois has hosted all sorts of famous figures, including Bob Dylan, Charles Dickens, Napoleon Bonaparte and Pablo Picasso. And, thanks to a complete restoration in 2004, the property now meets national heritage criteria and offers a layout reminiscent of its early years.
